SONY WIPE OUT by 123KLAN

123Klan is the name that Sony give to the race track featured in Wipeout Pure's Omega Pack.

As its name suggests, this track has been entirely designed by Scien and Klor of 123KLAN.

Our mandate, to make the artistic direction of a track from that: 

It was on the occasion of the release of the PSP that 123KLAN was commissioned as artistic director by Sony to produce a complete track in their image.

It was quite an experience to work in the Sony studios in England with the Wipe Out team.
First of all because Sony showed finesse and refinement in its graphic selections, which is why Wipe Out is now part of the cult games.
And we were fans of Designer Republic. It's an honnor to take over.
Second, it was one of the first times we had a team of 3D artists and tech to bring our 123KLAN universe to life.

Some people are happy with big cars, we're happy with having a spaceship with our own design on it, everyone has their own special crush.

Sony just gave us the shape of the track, and we had to work on all the graphic elements, the environment, all the details, and graphic designs of the track.

As soon as we have time to retrieve our old 2004 illustrator files, we will add more images.
