123KLAN really had a blast during our last trip in Sydney for the first edition of Streets Ahead.
We were invited to do an exhibition, and to talk about our Streetwear brand BANDIT1SM. We explained during this 2 days how we jump from graffiti writing ( streetart ) to street wear , talking about our philosophy, and the logic link between those two creative medium.
STREETS AHEAD is a fresh and innovative entry onto the Australian creative scene: an event that brings together the world’s premier artists, brands and designers from the realms of street art and streetwear, to showcase the connection and magic that exists between art and commerce.
Presented by aMBUSH Gallery and T-world, in partnership with Central Park, the inaugural event during Vivid Sydney in 2015 featured a day-long conference, an exhibition, special events, and talks with Q&A sessions.
We really felt honoured to be invited to such a good event like this, especially besides the reknown and talented people of: Tony Arcabascio – Jeff Staple and our good friends, Greg and Lamour Suprim from Mishka.

Once again, big up to Eddie from T-world magazine, which is probably the best magazine we ever scene dedicated to the streetwear scene and the tshirt culture, aMBUSH Gallery who did an amazing work to set up the whole thing and made our stay unforgettable, Montana colors who always take care of us everywhere we need to rock a piece around the globe, and least not last, thank you again to all of you who came by to meet us during Streets Ahead, we always appreciate your support and hope you enjoyed our talk and the show.

Nous avons vraiment eu beaucoup de chance au cours de notre dernier voyage à Sydney pour la première édition de Streets Ahead. Nous avons été invité à cet évènement pour parler lors de conférences de notre marque Streetwear BANDIT1SM, de son histoire, de sa construction, et de sa philosophie. Nous avons expliqué notre cheminement logique du street art vers le street wear, en effet que ce soit sur mur ou sur textile, nous y déveleppons notre style. Streets Aheads est un évènement créatif et innovants qui se veut de réunir à la fois le streetwear, et ses fondateurs qui sont pour la plupart du temps des artistes, ou du moins issus du street art. Cet événement qui réunit des premiers artistes, les marques et les designers du monde depuis l’univers du Streetart et streetwear, pour mettre en valeur la connexion et la magie qui existe entre l’art et le commerce.
Présenté par la Galerie Ambush et T-world, en partenariat avec Central Park, lors de Vivid Sydney, Streets Ahead 2015 a mis en vedette des legendes du streetwear lors de conférence, d’ exposition, d’ événements spéciaux, des entretiens et des sessions de Questions et réponses. 123KLAN fut vraiment honoré d’être invité à un tel événement, en particulier outre la renommée et les gens talentueux de: Tony Arcabascio – Jeff Staple et nos bons amis, Greg et Lamour Suprim de Mishka.
BONNES NOUVELLES si vous êtes à Sydney, l’exposition chez Ambush Galerie se maintient jusqu en fin juin 2015. Level 3, Central Park Sydney, 28 Broadway, Chippendale (opposite UTS) .
Comme lors de toutes nos escapades hors de Montreal, nous n’avons pu nous empêcher de peindre une pièce, merci à Montana Colors qui prennent toujours soin de nous partout où nous besoin de peindre une pièce graffiti peu importe l’endroit sur la planète.
Félicitation une fois encore à Eddie de T-world, ce qui est probablement le meilleur magazine dédié à la scène du streetwear et de la culture du t-shirt, et à la Galerie Ambush qui a fait un travail remarquable pour tout mettre en place et ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable , et Merci encore à tous ceux qui sont venus par nous rencontrer lors de Streets Ahead, nous apprécions toujours votre soutien et espérons que vous apprécié notre conversation et l’exposition.
